The Town of Concord Health Division has had an intermunicipal contract with the Town of Lincoln for more than 20 years.  The Health Division staff serve as agents for the Board of Health and work to enforce environmental codes, public health codes, nuisance as required by state Statute.  In addition, Concord health agents support the Board of Health and the Town on Public health outreach and health promotion by request.
