Learn to write a verbal portrait. Bring a favorite image to class (a photo, postcard, etc.) and two hours later, you will leave with an inspiriting short story of your own creation. As the classes progress, your writing will become more fluid, your descriptions more vivid, and your stories more complex. Each class is $15, paid directly to the instructor, or $50 if paid in blocks of four classes in advance. Appropriate assignments for both novice writers and those who have attended the class before will be offered. Above all, it will be fun. We'll need at least 4 writers to run this class.
