RFP 396 – Lease for Installation of Telecommunication Facilities
The Town of Concord is inviting proposals from a qualified firm or firms to lease a portion of town owned buildings/lands for the purpose of installing a wireless telecommunications towers and related apparatus at two sites in Concord Center: 141 Keys Road & 209 Walden Street. A written Request for Proposals detailing the services sought and proposal submission requirements may be obtained by contacting the Town Managers Office at or 978-318-3000. One (1) original and three (3) copies of the proposal are to be submitted no later than Thursday, March 21, 2019 at 2:00 PM.

The Town of Concord reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality and to make the award as may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
