OPEB TRUST FUND & PENSION RESERVE ACCOUNT INVESTMENT ADVISORY SERVICES

The Town of Concord is requesting proposals from qualified firms and/ or institutions to provide investment advisory services on a fee-basis for the Town’s OPEB Trust Fund and Pension Reserve Account, not to include assets of the Concord Retirement System.

Copies of the Request for Proposals may be obtained by contacting Gail Dowd, Interim Finance Director, at or 978-318-3095.  

All proposals must be received by the Office of the Interim Finance Director at 22 Monument Square, Concord, MA, 01742 no later than 2:00 PM on Monday, June 6, 2022.

The Town of Concord reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality, and to make the award as may be in the best interest of the Town.
