LIBRARY CLEANING SERVICES

 

The Town of Concord is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for cleaning services at two facilities operating by the Town’s Library Department.

 

A mandatory walk-through for all vendors is scheduled for Friday, May 20, 2022, at 9:00 AM or Monday, May 23, 2022 at 2:00 PM starting at the main library branch located at 129 Main Street, Concord, Massachusetts 01742.

 

Copies of the Request for Proposals may be obtained by contacting Emily Smith, Library Directory at  or 978-318-3377.  

 

All proposals must be received by the Office of the Budget & Purchasing Director located at 24 Court Lane, Concord, MA, 01742 no later than 2:00 PM on Thursday, June 2, 2022.

 

The Town of Concord reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality, and to make the award as may be in the best interest of the Town.
