Do you offer discounted rates for senior citizens?
No, we do not. The Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities (DPU) determines the policy for electrical discounted rates. The policy dictates the rates should be based on the need of the customers rather than their age, and the amount of the discount is left up to the individual municipal utilities.
