The COA Van will be back on the road Monday through Friday beginning this month to take van riders one at a time to MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS ONLY within Concord. Please call 978 318 3020 to book a ride. Masks are required. You will also be asked to sanitize your hands and to sit where directed by the driver. Aides or family members are welcome to ride along if you need help.
