Do you struggle with managing difficult relationships with family members or are you carrying the weight of the challenges of past difficult family dynamics? Do you worry about problems your adult children or grandchildren have, wonder how you should interact with them, and stress about how you can understand their needs or help them? If so, this support group will be an opportunity to join with others with similar experiences, talk about your feelings and how your family stresses impact your emotional wellbeing, and gain support. This group will be held Fridays 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM starting April 14th. This series of support groups is facilitated by COA Social Services Supervisor, Nicole Saia.
