Spring is in the air. Springtime means longer daylight hours, flowers and trees blooming, and the start of seasonal allergies. As plants release pollen, millions of people with hay fever experience sneezing, sniffles, and congestion. Allergies occur when your immune system reacts to an “allergen.” Allergies can make you feel miserable.
