For those of you who have taken a cooking class or gone on a Chinatown tour with Roberta Hing, you appreciate her skill and knowledge of Chinese cooking and ingredients. Join Roberta on Thursday, April 13th starting at 11:00 AM to prepare some dim sum delights. The Chinese tradition of dim sum dates to the days of the Silk Road. We will begin with one of the most popular items on the dim sum cart: shumai—the mouthwatering steamed pork and shrimp dumpling. We will also make scallion flower buns – the fluffy buns are delicious works of art and so fun to make! The class is $45 per person, payable to the Town of Concord. Please call the COA office to save your seat. The class is limited to 10 people.
