Join Maryellen King of Concord Park for lessons on "Brain Healthy Cooking," a discussion on foods that improve memory and concentration. The Brain Healthy Cooking Program is designed to improve cognitive function for people of any age whether or not you have memory loss. A brain healthy diet can be an important step to take to protect your own brain health, even if you are not noticing changes to your memory. This presentation, Part II, is about "Brain healthy Cooking for One."
