Many of us have stressful lives, amplified by recent national and world events. Mindfulness is proven to have a positiveimpact on stress and anxiety. The purpose of the course it to develop a personal practice that will result in your stayin gin the present moment, and help you to be calmer andmore relaxed. Ed LeClair, a Concord resident, has been a meditator for 30 years. He interned at the UMass Medical Center for Mindvul Based Stress Reduction, taught meditation at the Concord Adult Ed program and founded a Meditation Sangha 25 years ago which is still active on Zoom.
