Household Hazardous Waste Facility

Minuteman Regional Household Hazardous Waste Facility - 60 Hartwell Ave., Lexington, Mass.

The Town of Concord is a member of the Minuteman Regional Household Hazardous Waste Facility (MMHWF). This facility, located in Lexington, is open 1 Saturday per month, April through November and accepts a wide variety of hazardous wastes.

  • Lead-acid batteries (auto, motorcycle, security alarm, etc.)
  • Radiator flush
  • Solvents and de-greasers
  • Tire cleaners
  • Transmission fluid
  • Used motor oil
  • Waste fuels (gasoline, kerosene, and more)


  • Hair dye
  • Nail polish remover
  • Toilet cleaners

  • Acids (corrosives)
  • Aerosol cans
  • Art supplies
  • Chemistry set chemicals

  • Furniture, floor, metal polishes
