CURRENT RESIDENTIAL SMOKE AND CARBON MONOXIDE INSPECTION GUIDELINES DURING THE COVID-19 STATE OF EMERGENCY
On March 20, 2020, Governor Baker issued an Executive Order regarding 26f and 26f 1/2 inspections during the COVID-19 State of Emergency. The order provides for real estate transactions to continue with a modified process. The Concord Fire Department is following the guidance of the Governor’s Executive Order, and will not be conducting inspections until the Executive Order is lifted.
