Real Estate and Personal Property Abatement
Applications, for
Fiscal Year 2021, will be accepted between January 1, 2021 - February 1, 2021. Applications may be mailed, emailed, FAXed or dropped in our lock box no later than 4:30 P.M. on February 1, 2021. If you are mailing an application it must be postmarked, USPS Mail, by February 1, 2021. This is a Massachusetts State Law and the Assessors have no jurisdiction to extend the filing deadline.

The South Middlesex Registry of Deeds in Cambridge is the guardian of all deeds for the Town of Concord. You may obtain a copy of your deed through their records website.Tax Rate / Tax Bill
