Concord Light is announcing symmetrical service and higher speeds for all our standard Residential Internet Service Levels. All current customers have been automatically upgraded for no additional cost.
Our 10 Mbps service is now 15 Mbps, 25 Mbps is up to 35 Mbps, 50 Mbps is now 70 Mbps and the 100 Mbps has been upgraded to 150 Mbps, both up and down. Please see the prices table below. And thank you for being a Concord Light Broadband customer.

Availability
Concord Light started to deploy High Speed Internet Service for the community in early 2014.

The interest in our Broadband Internet offering has been tremendous and we are experiencing high demand for our service. The CMLP installation team is operating at capacity. As a result, we are working to meet the demand by contracting for some of the installation work from qualified vendors.
We are making good progress toward increasing the rate at which we can connect new customers. We are using an automated customer intake process. General availability won't be long now. At that time, residents and businesses in the Town of Concord will be able to order service by contacting Concord Light through the Customer Service Department. In the meantime, we will periodically invite orders via e-mail updates. If you would like to be invited to order High Speed Internet as capacity permits, please sign up for e-mail updates below and you will be notified when we are taking more orders.
Note that the fiber optic infrastructure has been installed in approximately 95% of the CMLP service area. Unfortunately, some locations do not have fiber available yet due to issues accessing conduit or lack of conduit in the street. CMLP is working to get the last 5% of our service area connected to the fiber optic network, in some cases, this will require a significant construction effort. This work will be scheduled to coincide with other Light Plant construction projects in order to avoid duplication of effort and multiple cuts on the same street.

What differentiates Concord Light Broadband?

No other provider currently operating in Concord has a 100% fiber optic solution. This solution is technically superior in terms of speed and reliability. Concord Light offers internet service in a manner consistent with the values and approach is used to deliver electricity to Concord.

Broadband from Concord Light will be reliable, affordable and priced so as to provide a modest sustainable rate of return which adequately maintains the capital plant and protects Concord’s community interests. Concord Light believes that this combination of technology and commitment will be attractive to many customers. Click here for Frequently Asked Questions.
