Notice is hereby given that the Historic Districts Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, February 7, 2013, at 7:00 P.M. in the First Floor Meeting Room, 141 Keyes Road, Concord, Massachusetts.
Continuances and/or Other Business items are typically discussed between 7:00pm – 7:30pm. Scheduled hearings begin at 7:30pm. At 7:30pm, unresolved continuances may be tabled until after all scheduled hearings conclude. This practice may be altered by the Chair at his/her discretion. Public Hearings will start no earlier than the posted time.
Continued Public Hearings to be heard starting at 7:00 PM:
Concord Firehouse, LLC., 24-28 Walden Street, Main Street Historic District, new addition, doors, windows, lighting, paving and fencing
Lano Balulescu, 10 Wood Street, Main Street Historic District, construct a two car garage and gravel driveway
New Public Hearings:
7:30 P.M. – The Merry Hill Corporation, 48 Monument Square, Monument Square/North Bridge Historic District, for seasonal outdoor seating at the Colonial Inn
7:35 P.M. - J. H. Renovations on behalf of Jean Goulden, 51 Lang Street, Monument Square/North Bridge Historic District , for new additions, dormers, garage, paving and exterior alterations
Continued Public Hearings to be heard following the New Public Hearings:
Trinity Episcopal Church, 18 River Street, Main Street Historic District, demolition of house and garage
Trinity Episcopal Church, 81 Elm Street, Main Street Historic District, demolition of a portion of the existing parish house
