7:00 p.m. Public Hearing: on the application of Bentley Building Corp. for an eight-lot Definitive Subdivision of land at 9B and 247 Monsen Road (Parcels 1059 & 1069).
The Applicant will request a continuance to the February 5, 2013 meeting (at 7:00 p.m.) and will grant to the Board an extension of time to file its decision to February 8, 2013.
7:05 p.m. Review and discussion of petition articles and workshop report for potential re-development of Millbrook Tarry site.
7:35 p.m. Recommendation to the Board of Appeals re: Application of John C. McBride, on behalf of John and Stacey Durkin, for a Comprehensive Permit under M.G.L. Chapter 40B for the construction of eight homes on a single lot at 1257 Elm Street.
