The applicant is seeking approval to replace a 36 inch CMP with a 36 inch RCP under a gravel path and clean out a 48 foot by 24 foot stone box culvert in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery in Land Under Waterbodies and Waterways, Bordering Land Subject to Flooding, Bordering Vegetated Wetlands, and the 100-foot Buffer Zone of Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.

The project consists of demolishing the existing commercial buildings and constructing a new multi story mixed use building with associated parking and utilities, loading areas, and landscaping; and replacing an 8 inch discharge with a new 30 inch pipe with headwall and an upgraded stormwater management system, portions of which work is within Bordering Land Subject to Flooding, Bank, the 200-foot Riverfront Area of Nashoba Brook and the 100 foot Buffer Zone to Bank.

The project consists of constructing an infiltrating bio-retention area with sediment forebay and drainage outfall to service a proposed eight single-family dwelling subdivision off Monsen Road; work is within the 100-foot Buffer Zone of Bordering Vegetative Wetlands.
