Review and approval of the draft minutes of meeting of November 28, 2012.
Status review and update on the Town-wide mailing campaign as well as
the select mailing to previous donors, with particular notice of any necessary
follow-up to previous donors.
Conversation with a representative of the Hugh Cargill Trust with respect to our joint efforts around helping meet the needs of Concordians struggling with real estate taxes.
Determine what efforts are necessary to further inform the public of our efforts and needs as we seek, in the spring, to conclude the 2012-2013 solicitation.
Setting a date, time, and location for the next meeting of the committee.
