Status review and update on the current Town-wide mailing campaign as well as the select mailing to previous donors, including public relations efforts around the same.
Update on the effort to include the Tax Relief Fund in the Town's annual "green" sheet and any appropriate resources.
Setting a date and agenda for the 2013 meeting with representatives of the Hugh Cargill Committee.
