The project consists of constructing an 828 s.f. garage with ramp; 1,379 s.f. driveway; 707 s.f. patio; 260 s.f. addition with 91 s.f. deck, 123 s.f. addition, 193 s.f. of retaining walls; bulkhead; relocate the sewer line; and, 2,025 s.f. of mitigation plantings within the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetland, Bordering Land Subject to Flooding, and the 200-foot Riverfront Area to the Sudbury River.

The project consists of demolishing the existing commercial buildings and constructing a new multi_story mixed_use building with associated parking and utilities, loading areas, and landscaping; and replacing an 8_inch discharge with a new 30_inch pipe with headwall and an upgraded stormwater management system, portions of which work is within Bordering Land Subject to Flooding, Bank, the 200-foot Riverfront Area of Nashoba Brook and the 100_foot Buffer Zone to Bank.

Notice of Intent Application for James Ricker, 68 Shore Drive, DEP File #137-1197
The project consists of an after-the-fact filing for repairing existing wooden steps and a wooden retaining wall down to White Pond; installing large stones for bank stabilization; constructing a new retaining wall and wooden deck; and replacing an existing wooden floating dock with an EZ Dock Floating Dock stabilized by four anchored posts; in Land Under Water Bodies and the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bank of White Pond.
