The project involves demolishing an existing building; removing pavement and infrastructure associated with the existing gas station; constructing a new bank building with associated driveways, parking, utilities, landscaping, privacy fence, and stormwater management
system; portions of which work is within the in the 200-foot Riverfront Area of an unnamed perennial tributary to the Assabet River and 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bank.

The project consists of invasives species removal and management; after the fact tree removal; and restoration of the natural areas under a prepared Conservation Plan, in the 200-foot Riverfront Area of the Concord River and the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.

The project consists of an after-the-fact filing for repairing existing wooden steps and a wooden retaining wall down to White Pond; installing large stones for bank stabilization; constructing a new retaining wall and wooden deck; and replacing an existing wooden floating dock with an EZ Dock Floating Dock stabilized by four anchored posts; in Land Under Water Bodies and the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bank of White Pond.
