The project consists of demolishing the existing commercial buildings and constructing a new multi story mixed use building with associated parking and utilities, loading areas, and landscaping; and replacing an 8 inch discharge with a new 30 inch pipe with headwall and an upgraded stormwater management system, portions of which work is within Bordering Land Subject to Flooding, Bank, the 200-foot Riverfront Area of Nashoba Brook and the 100 foot Buffer Zone to Bank.
