The project consists of invasives species removal and management; after the fact tree removal; and restoration of the natural areas under a prepared Conservation Plan, in the 200-foot Riverfront Area of the Concord River and the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.

Notice of Intent Application for Doug Benoit of Arista Development LLC, 1112 Main Street, DEP File #137-1064
This project involves demolishing an existing building; removing pavement and infrastructure associated with the existing gas station; constructing a new bank building with associated driveways, parking, utilities, landscaping, privacy fence, and stormwater management
system; portions of which work is within the in the 200-foot Riverfront Area of an unnamed perennial tributary to the Assabet River and 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bank.

Notice of Intent Application for Gwendolen Noyes, Oaktree Beharrell, 50 Beharrell Street and 13B Commonwealth Avenue, DEP File #137-1194
The project consists of demolishing the existing commercial buildings and constructing a new multi story mixed use building with associated parking and utilities, loading areas, and landscaping; and replacing an 8 inch discharge with a new 30 inch pipe with headwall and an upgraded stormwater management system, portions of which work is within Bordering Land Subject to Flooding, Bank, the 200-foot Riverfront Area of Nashoba Brook and the 100 foot Buffer Zone to Bank.

The project consists of constructing a 24-foot by 24-foot detached garage and a 12.5-foot wide by 95-foot long gravel driveway with a 24-foot wide flair at the entrance to the new garage within the 200-foot Riverfront Area of the Sudbury River and the 100 foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.

The project consists of replacing a 36-inch CMP with a new 36-inch RCP under a gravel path and cleaning out a 48-foot by 24-foot stone box culvert in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery in Land Under Waterbodies and Waterways, Bordering Land Subject to Flooding, Bordering Vegetated Wetlands, and the 100-foot Buffer Zone of Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.
