The project consists of demolishing the existing high school building and constructing a new high school building with associated driveways, parking lots, and utilities; work within jurisdictional areas involves the pavement overlay of an existing driveway and drainage improvements that discharge in the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.
