Notice is hereby given that the Historic Districts Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, January 3, 2013, at 7:00 P.M. in the First Floor Meeting Room, 141 Keyes Road, Concord, Massachusetts.
Continuances and/or Other Business items are typically discussed between 7:00pm – 7:30pm. Scheduled hearings begin at 7:30pm. At 7:30pm, unresolved continuances may be tabled until after all scheduled hearings conclude. This practice may be altered by the Chair at his/her discretion. Public Hearings will start no earlier than the posted time.

District, 37 Lexington Road, American Mile Historic District, 34 Monument Square, Monument Square/North Bridge Historic District, 185 Main Street (Parcel 790), Main Street Historic District, and Lowell Road adjacent to Chamberlain Park, Monument Square/North Bridge Historic District, for new signage
Kate Galusza, 276 Main Street, Main Street Historic District, demolish decks, additions and gazebo; new additions, windows, porches, garage and paving
New Public Hearings:
