Notice is hereby given that the Historic Districts Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, December 6, 2012, at 7:00 P.M. in the First Floor Meeting Room, 141 Keyes Road, Concord, Massachusetts.
Continuances and/or Other Business items are typically discussed between 7:00pm – 7:30pm. Scheduled hearings begin at 7:30pm. At 7:30pm, unresolved continuances may be tabled until after all scheduled hearings conclude. This practice may be altered by the Chair at his/her discretion. Public Hearings will start no earlier than the posted time.
Continued Public Hearings to be heard starting at 7:00 PM:
Kate Galusza, 276 Main Street, Main Street Historic District, demolish decks, additions and gazebo; new additions, windows, porches, garage and paving
New Public Hearings:
7:30 P.M. – Town of Concord and Chamber of Commerce, 51 Walden Street, Main Street Historic District, 37 Lexington Road, American Mile Historic District, 34 Monument Square, Monument Square/North Bridge Historic District, 185 Main Street (Parcel 790), Main Street Historic District, and Lowell Road adjacent to Chamberlain Park, Monument Square/North Bridge Historic District, for new signage
7:35 P.M. – Concord Museum, 200 Lexington Road, American Mile Historic District, demolition of gazebo
7:40 P.M. – Carol Wayland, 51 Walden Street, Main Street Historic District, replacement of four exterior egress stairs
