Notice is hereby given that the Historic Districts Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, November 15, 2012, at 7:00 P.M. in the First Floor Meeting Room, 141 Keyes Road, Concord, Massachusetts.
Continuances and/or Other Business items are typically discussed between 7:00pm – 7:30pm. Scheduled hearings begin at 7:30pm. At 7:30pm, unresolved continuances may be tabled until after all scheduled hearings conclude. This practice may be altered by the Chair at his/her discretion. Public Hearings will start no earlier than the posted time.
Continued Public Hearings to be heard starting at 7:00 PM:
Christopher Park, 215 Lexington Road, American Mile Historic District, New addition and renovations
Paul Denisevich, 9 Independence Court, Main Street Historic District, Alter paint, windows, and doors; and install a ramp, awning, and new lighting
New Public Hearings:
7:30 P.M. – Catherine Burrell, 427 Main Street, Main Street Historic District, new fencing and painting
7:35 P.M. – Verizon, 111 Walden Street, Main Street Historic District, new A/C equipment
7:40 P.M. – Concord Firehouse, LLC., 24-28 Walden Street, Main Street Historic District,
new addition, doors, windows, lighting, paving and fencing
7:45 P.M. – Pat Gahan, 45 Lang Street, North Bridge/Monument Square Historic District, amend previous approval; install satellite dish
7:50 P.M. – Kate Galusza, 276 Main Street, Main Street Historic District, demolish decks,
additions and gazebo; new additions, windows, porches, garage and paving
