Review and approval of the draft minutes of the meeting of April 24, 2012.
Summary review of the 2011-2012 Tax Relief Fund (TRF) solicitation and results.
Scheduling the 2012-2013 all-town solicitation including timelines, goals, and directions.
Drafting the solicitation letter and designing any other pieces for the mailing.
Discussion of substantive issues relating to the content and any new ideas for the solicitation.
Assigning responsibility for PR pieces for the media relating to the work and solicitation efforts of the TRF Committee.
Discussion of a possible trifold brochure dealing with compiling local and state resources/programs to assist individuals with tax relief.
Providing input to the Chair in preparation for his appearance and presentation before the Board of Selectmen on Monday, September 24, 2012, on behalf of the TRF Committee.
Setting the next meeting date, time, and location.
