7:00 p.m. Planning for Residence B Zoning District workshop on December 4, 2012
7:15 p.m. Public Hearing: on the application of Bentley Building Corp. for an eight-lot Definitive Subdivision of land at 9B and 247 Monsen Road (Parcels 1059 & 1069).
8:00 p.m. Recommendation to the Board of Appeals re: Application of Arista Development LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan Approval, under Sections 4.5.10, 7.1.2, 7.1.3, 11.6 and 11.8, to change or substantially extend a legally pre-existing nonconforming gas station use into a financial office and to reconstruct, extend, alter or change a nonconforming structure, [and for a Variance from the Sign Bylaw] at 1112 Main Street.

2. Additional drafts of Zoning Bylaw amendments to be discussed – clarification of frontage definition, side yard setback in the business districts, Special Home Occupation, small solar facilities, Millbrook Tarry redevelopment and Public Service overlay district.
3. Committee Liaison Reports and discussion of Town Meeting Coordination meeting on December 1st.
4. Staff update on Millbrook Tarry Workshop held November 14, 2012.
