7:00 p.m. Site Plan Review: pursuant to its review procedures under Zoning Bylaw Section 11.8 the Planning Board will consider the application of The Middlesex School to construct faculty housing on Parcel 1578, 1355-1411 Lowell Road, (a/k/a 1401 - 1409 Lowell Road).
Also to be discussed:
1. Discuss potential Zoning Bylaw Amendment: setback dimensions for the West Concord Business District and the West Concord Village District.
2. Parking Management Plan update - public outreach meetings scheduled for October 23rd (focus on Concord Center including Thoreau Street Depot and Emerson Playground areas) and 25th (focus on West Concord including Rideout Playground).
3. Healthy Community Assessment – general discussion
