Concord Center / Crosby's Lot

There is currently a waitlist for both Resident and Non-Resident permits for the parking lot at Crosby's Market. Both waitlists are maintained by the Planning Department. If you would like to submit your name to the list please contact them at 978-318-3290

Resident Permits


Parking Permits for the Crosby's Market parking lot at the Concord Center MBTA station are available to Concord residents whose vehicle is registered in Concord. The permit enables Concord residents to park all day in the designated spaces. Each permit is valid for 1 or 2 cars. It must be hung from the rear-view mirror. Proof of residence (motor vehicle registration) and the registration number(s) of the vehicle(s) are required.

When are the permits available?
Semi-annual permits for residents will be sold for the periods April 1 through September 30, and October 1 through March 31. Permits are available a few weeks prior to the start of each cycle and are sold first to current permit holders before being offered to those on the waitlist.

How much does the permit cost?
The cost of a resident semi-annual permit is $200.

Non-Resident Permits


Non-resident permits are available for the Crosby Market parking lot. The permit enables non-resident commuters to park all day in the designated spaces. Each permit is valid for 1 or 2 cars. It must be hung from the rear-view mirror. The registration number(s) of the vehicle(s) are required.

Quarterly permits for non-residents will be sold for the periods January 1 through March 31, April 1 through June 30, July 1 through September 30, and October 1 through December 31. Permits are available a few weeks prior to the start of each cycle and are sold first to current permit holders before being offered to those on the waitlist.

How much does the permit cost?
The cost of a non-resident quarterly permit is $200.

Renewing your Permit


When it is time to renew your parking permit you will receive a renewal application in the mail. Please submit the completed form with your payment by the deadline in order to keep your permit. Permits remaining after the deadline will be offered to those on the waitlist.

Where can I renew/buy the permit?
Permits may be purchased in person at the Treasurer / Collector's office with cash or check. The office is open Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the address below.
